I ran across this great looking Jimmy Choo bag at Neiman Marcus. Jimmy Choo "Crushed Patent Roquette", $1,350. I'm not a huge fan of patent leather, but somehow it works in this crushed texture. I like the look of the metal grommets and gold hardware. It does bug me though, that even on really expensive bags like this, they don't bother to tell you what the hardware is made of. It should be gold plated brass so when it wears there is no silver color show through... (this is what happens with the giant snap buttons on framed Marc Jacobs bags). 
I don't know if I'd really spend this much on a Jimmy Choo bag though... I love it, but Jimmy Choo (to me at least) is more shoes, for bags somewhat less compelling. But I'd certainly love to receive it as a gift. he he he. They also make this same style in a crystal mesh for $5,295! Now that's really crazy!
